Recognising the Vital Role of Rural Women

International Rural Women's Day

International Rural Women's Day 2026

Network AID Africa joins the world in honouring the vital role of rural women (especially illiterate women and women with disabilities) in peace, governance, education, health, family life, community advancement and food security. These women are largely overlooked. Not recognised because of their status.

At Network AID Africa our call is clear: Recognising rural women's vital role in agriculture, family life, governance, peace, education, health and sustainable community advancement is not a plea. It's a MUST.
