Support Us With Equipment

This is a call for school materials, equipment, office accessories, assistive devices for persons with disabilities, refurbished laptops, and sporting and gaming kits. Remember, leave no one behind.

On the Wheel

On the Wheel is to economically empower one hundred (100) women with one three-wheeler each as a means to engage in revenue mobilisation for an average family of five. This is to close the gender gap and the stereotype that women can't run public transportation. On the Wheel is designed to economically empower 100 families (mother, father, children) with one trycycle (Keke) to have quality family time while educating the families on gender-based violence, school-related gender-based violence, harmful practices, human and children's rights, sexual reproductive health rights, mental health, and social accountability and business skills. The cost for one three-wheeler is $1,820 with 50 litres of fuel, a mechanical tool kit, three-wheeler insurance and body licence. The project will be coordinated with the Sierra Leone Policy, Sierra Leone Road Safety Authority, and Kekeh Rider (Kekeh) Association. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Back to School Items Request Campaign

The government of Sierra Leone and other governments across Africa have initiated and implemented free quality education from pre-primary to high school, taking care of school termly and external examination fees, core subject textbooks, expanding and building new schools. However, the basics that take the pupils to school in excitement and motivation, which are the school materials (bags, exercise books, shoes, creepers, pen, pencils, rulers, calculators, water bottles, lunch bowls, etc.), by getting children in school and those children's trapped at home for almost one term. In responding to these challenges faced by widows, single parents, illiterate women, and low-income earners, the Back-To-School Items Request Campaign is requesting donations of these items for 740 children before the reopening of schools in September 2006.

One Child One Bicycle

Network AID Africa works in remote communities (last mile) where pupils and teachers alike walk one to five miles to and from school, five to six days daily. These treks, despite having mental health and physical benefits, its drain the learning energy from the pupils and teachers, leading to lateness, lost learning opportunity, drop-out, and mental condition; this exposes the children to harm's way with pedophiles (paedophiles), accidents and truancy. To combine the health and learning benefits of daily exercise and going to school more enjoyably, the call for one child, one bicycle is here. Donate to us to reach 10000 children and teachers within 36 months. Network AID Africa is calling on cyclists, philanthropists,

and cycling teams to donate one bicycle to a child or a teacher.

Donate Electrical Equipment

In enhancing the economic empowerment of illiterate persons (women and men) and persons with disabilities by providing the skills set required to access the job market and to enhance their dignity, skills diversification, and the availability of tools to exhibit the skills earned. Network AID Africa intends to donate to 50 technical vocational education centres to enhance practical work with trainees and 1000 as start-up kits for graduates and informal apprentices in 20 workshops. Donate to them through us (Network AID Africa). Electrotechnology is the lifeline source to human existence.

Laptop Computers for Interns & Schools

Network AID Africa, accommodates students from universities and colleges as interns as part of their academic requirement to earn either a degree, diploma or certificate. Many of these interns are not knowledgeable about the use of computers, unfortunately. Computer training on basic Microsoft packages is part of the package for national interns. The organisation is challenged with providing laptop computers to perform the required training for the number of interns. Additionally, in contributing to address these challenges, Network AID Africa is soliciting donations for 4000 laptop computers, iPads, and educational gadgets for onward distribution to 50 schools, 10 colleges and 5 universities. Let's enhance digital learning!

Tailoring Equipment & Materials

Fashion Design (tailoring) is taught at speed, and the majority are low educated, none educated, are skilled with basic tailoring techniques from diverse technical institutions and informal apprenticeship, but lack advanced knowledge and skills in utilising advanced tailoring machines and equipment to be well positioned in the fashion design market. In optimising the labour-economic space for a dignified life,  Network AID Africa is requesting from fashion designers, industries and well-wishers to donate tailoring equipment and materials to reach out to 2000 program participants (beneficiaries), including 16 government technical institutes, 10 informal vocational workshops and 1000 individuals (women, illiterate persons, and persons with disabilities).

Equipping the Illiterate Skilled Youth with Tools

Illiterate and low-educated young people aged 15 to 35 are in huge numbers with technical knowledge in masonry and building construction, serving as apprentices and leaders in various sectors - plumbers, tilers, electricians, painters, carpenters, bricklayers, etc. The cost and availability of tools have challenged productivity and turnaround time to finish a job and earn adequately. These situations give rise to massive drug abuse and mental health conditions among illiterate, skilled young people. Damaging of borrowed working tools normally results in physical assault, police intervention and bad blood among once good friends. Network AID Africa believes that, equipping 5000 illiterate skilled youth with tools, basic life skills training, and human rights knowledge for 36 months can contribute to achieving SDGs. Network AID Africa is open to soliciting support from UNIDO, private companies, embassies, philanthropists, and well-wishers.

Office Equipment & Furniture for CBO

Organisational capacity entails knowledge, policies, human resources, and office equipment. Not downplaying the significance of any, it has become visible into day work environment that office working tools are the engine of productivity and growth that stimulates the creativity, smartness, and excellence of an institution and workforce. Many organisations, Network AID Africa, sit in the room with has briliant executives and human capacity with knowledge, yet lack the tools to execute. Training is delivered every other day by a number of organisations as part of capacity building, including training on organisational development and strengthening, yet no start-up kit is given. These are the challenges environmental and climate activists, community-based organisations, persons with disability-based organisations, farmer based organisations face with daily. Donors often don't fund organisational office strengthening alone. Network AID Africa is asking organisations, donors, charities, and private sector companies and individuals that are branding their offices to

donate their office equipment and furniture to Network AID Africa, as there are many organisations with clear, polished professionals needs it dearly.

Sporting & Gaming Kits

Network AID Africa has identified sports and gams as a unique entry point for engagement. Sport and games are a cross-cutting intergenerational meeting point for mental and physical wellbeing, networking and socialisation. Network AID Africa has set up the Girls' Link Initiative through Sport to engage girls on hygiene, peace building, sexual reproductive health, policies and laws, human rights, health and safety, civic responsibility and governance, leadership, school and community-related gender-based violence and abuse, and life skills sessions while having fun using the principles of the game or sport (traditional). To facilitate practical learning, Network AID Africa is seeking support for sporting and gaming kits from sporting and gaming teams, industries,

philanthropic individual to enhance practical transformative learning.

Audio-Visual Studio

With the digital age and high rate of illiterate persons across the world, with more in Africa, and Asia. Audio-visual is a simple means of communicating complex information effectively, with illiterate persons through animations, short films, and influencer characterisation. The organisation intends to build an audio-visual animation studio to facilitate the creation and production of simple messages on harmful practices, gender-based violence laws, mental health and drug abuse, safety tips, disaster sexual reproductive health rights and other public interest information. Please support us with an audio-visual studio and equipment to enhance our work and impact.

Assistive Devices for Persons With Disability

Persons with disabilities face daily environmental and structural challenges that exacerbate their conditions, either physically, hearing impaired, little people, albinos, visually impaired, autistic, etc. Assistive devices are a major component to aid them. However, these assistive devices are less available, expensive and or is difficult to reach a person with disability at the last mile. To have and contribute to "leave no one behind", which is the heart of the United Nations SDGs 2030. Network AID Africa is requesting from philanthropists, foundations, individuals, embassies, corporate institutions, multilateral and donors, and others to support us with assorted assistive devices for 3000 persons with disabilities.

Toys for Children's Growth

Toy plays an essentail development process of a child from 0 - 13 years. Unfortunately, many children are not fortunate enough to have a toy or be gifted a toy even on holidays. Day care, kindergarten, and preschool hardly had enough toys to share with toddlers, infant to play with. The right to play is a fundamental human right with growth exploration, talent spotting, interest identification, and career pathways. With the early childhood development context, the availability of toys in schools, day care centres, and homes is of great need. In facilitating and contributing to the early childhood development process, Network AID Africa is soliciting toy donations from parents, schools, funfair organisations, toy manufacturers, and children's organisations for onward distribution to schools, communities and children out-of-school.

Medical Services & Supplies for the Last Mile

Health is Wealth! Without medical supplies, diagnostic machines, and essential medicines, wealth is health.  Peripheral Health Units (PHUs) in remote communities with less medical diagnostic equipment and essential medicines are unable to provide services. This is the situation many economically disadvantaged, marginalised and illiterate persons face daily. Providing equipment and essential services like routine checkups, minor surgery, provision of sun-cream, assistive devices for the disadvantaged and remote health facilities can save lives from preventable health conditions and keep families together. Network AID Africa is pleased to coordinate in receiving the medical supplies and teams of doctors for pro-bono medical service to the disadvantaged.
